City Centre
In the heart of Historic Peoria is the City Centre, home to Oldtown Peoria, Peoria Place, and City Hall. This area, bisected by Highway 60, is a major focus of the City’s redevelopment efforts and is an ideal location for retail and office projects. There are still over 100 acres available for development just west of Highway 60.
