Situated in the southeast corner of the City, Peoria’s Industrial Centre is conveniently located along Highway 60 and 2 miles east of the Loop 101. This zone, traditionally home to manufacturing and industrial businesses, is a perfect location for light industrial projects because of the abundance of water and the proximity to highways and freeways. At present, 600 acres are available for development.
