What is Vistancia?

Vistancia is a 3,450-acre master planned community in North Peoria that combines the natural beauty of the Sonoran desert with some of the most spectacular views in the Valley. The community has approximately 3,500 homes from eight different builders. The Vistancia Commercial Core is located north Peoria, Arizona with easy access to the Loop 303 Bob Stump Memorial Parkway. Served by two exits at Lone Mountain Parkway and at Vistancia Blvd., the Commercial Core is approximately a 40 minute drive from downtown Phoenix.

By Truck
The Loop 303 freeway connects Peoria to two major trucking routes: Interstate 10 and Interstate 17. It is less than 6 hours drive time from Peoria to Los Angeles, California. This provides a huge advantage to companies that ship or receive goods from overseas. In most cases, containers received through ports like Los Angeles or Long Beach can be delivered next day - and at a significantly lower cost than warehousing or operating in California.

By Air
Businesses that locate in Peoria are a short 30 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which operates flights to 102 different cities!
