Amber Costa is the economic development agreement coordinator for the Economic Development Services Department with the City of Peoria, Arizona. Her primary focus is to provide operational support for the department including but not limited to contract management and compliance, market research and special projects.
After serving 5 years active duty military and 11 years in the private sector, Amber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University. She continued her education at Grand Canyon University where she received a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in General Management. Amber also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership and the AZEDPro Designation through the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED).
